How Does Online Check-In Work?

Immediately after your booking, you will receive our booking confirmation. In it, you will find a link that will take you to the online check-in.

Once you have successfully completed this, you can use your mobile phone as an apartment key. If you would prefer to use a physical card, you can have one encoded in the lobby.

Is there a Reception on Site?

We do not have a reception in the “classic sense”.

In our entrance area, you will find an iPad that you can use to encode door cards, make payments, or complete the check-in if you have not already done so.

Are Dogs Allowed in the Apartment?

Yes! We warmly welcome your four-legged friends too!

Please contact us regarding this before your arrival.

Please note that we charge a cleaning fee of €30.00 per stay and dog for this.

The amount will be charged to your credit card.

Is Breakfast Available?

If you do not feel like making your own breakfast, you are welcome to let our local partner “Jausensack” spoil you.

“Jausensack” delivers your breakfast directly to your apartment door.

This way you can enjoy the morning in peace and feel at home. Perfect for a relaxed start to the day – without any stress!

Simply book directly with “Jausensack” in your guest app, or scan the QR code (see display on the dining table).

Can I Check into the Apartment before 3:00 PM?

As soon as our housekeeping team has finished cleaning your apartment, you will receive a notification that you are welcome to check into your apartment before 3:00 PM.

If you arrive before the apartment is ready, you are welcome to store your luggage or relax in the living room and children’s play area.

What Time is Check-Out?

Check-out is until 10:00 AM.

We kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by then so that our housekeeping can begin cleaning.

You are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room until your departure.

How Do I get Help?

With the booking confirmation, you will receive access to our online guest portfolio.

In it, you will find valuable tips about your stay in our house and you will also receive information about your destination.

If your questions are not yet clarified, you are welcome to call us or write to us.

Do I Have to Bring My Own Towels and Bed Linen?

No! We provide towels and bed linen for the number of people booked.

Should you require fresh linen or towels during your stay, you are welcome to wash them in the Laundry Room in the basement or obtain new ones for a fee.

What Kind of Coffee Machine is in the Apartment?

We provide a Nespresso (aluminum) capsule machine.

The first coffee capsule is complimentary; please bring your own capsules for any additional coffee.

Should you prefer filter coffee, a filter holder and a thermos flask are available.

Can I Do My Laundry on Site?

Yes! You can conveniently use our washing machines free of charge.

You will even find free washing powder.

Washing machines & dryers are located in the laundry room in the basement.

How is the Kitchen Equipped?

The kitchens are fully equipped! You will find everything needed for cooking.

Dishes, glasses, cookware, pans, cutlery, sieve, thermos, grater, and much more.

Dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee machines are also provided in the kitchens.

Furthermore, we provide complimentary consumables such as paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, sugar, and baking paper.

Is there Air Conditioning in the Apartment?

Some of our apartments are equipped with air conditioning.

When booking, please ensure that the apartment name includes “Air Conditioning.”

Do I Need to Bring a Hair Dryer?

No! You will find a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Is there a Crib Available?

We would be happy to provide you with a crib.

Please note that there will be a charge of €30.00 per stay.
The amount will be charged to your credit card.

You are welcome to pick up high chairs free of charge from our Guest Room on the ground floor.
